About Steve Dennis, Managing Director  
With over 30 years of experience in mortgage, finance, banking, and real estate, Steve Dennis founded Cornerstone Lending group with a vision to provide mortgage solutions to people wherever they are in their life. Steve established Cornerstone’s business on two key principles - creative solutions and making the customer experience easy. He has worked through the many market and guideline fluctuations within the industry - adapting to bring customers what they need.

Prior to Cornerstone, Steve spent 15 years at Wells Fargo where he managed large teams across all consumer financial products and services including the Private Mortgage group. He has led the mortgage divisions of several large Ohio organizations including Cardinal Community Credit Union and Lorain National Bank.

Steve holds a bachelors degree in Finance from Ball State University. He is a licensed mortgage officer, holds a operations manager designation, and has been named as a top mortgage professional in Cleveland. He is a past president of the Chagrin Falls Dad's Club, Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as an advisor to the Chamber board. Steve resides in Moreland Hills and enjoys exercise, sports, travel, and time with his family.

About Diana Moeglin, Chief Marketing Officer
Diana Moeglin has 30 years experience across many facets of business operations and sales and has spent her last 4 years in the financial services space. At Cornerstone, she directs the marketing strategy, mortgage operations, and customer service experience.

Prior to Cornerstone, Diana spent time within the information technology, automotive and transportation industries - driving analytics and operations. She is a proactive leader with an outstanding record of leading teams.

Diana holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and is a licensed mortgage officer. She is an advisor with the Zeta Upsilon chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at Case Western Reserve University and also volunteers with a variety of local organizations. Diana resides in Hudson and enjoys music, exercise, travel and time with kids & family - including dogs Bailey and Diesel.
